Terms
and Conditions
A
signed acceptance giving details of the assignment and agreed
charges, together with a copy of our Terms and Conditions
and Payment Terms, is required before commencement of any
work.
Written
quotations can be provided although we reserve the right
to amend these if the nature of an assignment changes in
any way.
All
clients’ work is treated as strictly confidential and will
never be used for our personal gain or divulged to a third
party in any way.
Proofreading
– in the unlikely event that any errors are found in work
produced by Aiutami Virtual Assistance, these will be rectified
free of charge.
Payment
Terms
Work
is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum one hour on
any single assignment.
Payment
is by cheque or credit card (via Paypal) to Nina Douglas.
If a cheque is returned by the bank, the client will be
responsible for any charges arising from this.
Retainer
packages are payable monthly in advance – as agreed.
A
booking form must be completed before any work commences
and a 50% prepayment for the first assignment may be required.
I invoice on the date of finishing each assignment or monthly
- all invoices to be paid within 14 days.
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card (via Paypal).
All mail shots including postage must be paid for in advance.
A
student discount of 10% will be offered upon proof of eligibility.
All rates are inclusive, except for expenses such as travel
expenses (if working from clients' premises), courier costs,
postage, telephone calls, photocopying or any other direct
costs and will be charged to the client direct. The client
will be notified in advance of such charges.
